1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using CoreTrader you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
CoreTrader is a trading journal, analytics, and AI-insights platform. We do not execute trades, hold funds, or act as a broker, exchange, or financial advisor.
3. No financial advice
All signals, scores, briefs, and AI outputs are educational analytics generated from data and models. They are not investment advice or recommendations. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes. Trading leveraged products carries a high risk of losing your capital.
4. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction.
5. Broker connections
When you connect a broker or exchange via API keys, you confirm you own that account and grant us read-only access to sync data. Never share keys with withdrawal or trade permissions.
6. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are charged as a one-time USDT (TRC20) payment through NOWPayments. There is no auto-renewal, no recurring mandate and no card stored — nothing can be charged to you again without you starting a new payment yourself. When the paid period ends, access simply reverts to the Free plan until you choose to renew manually from Settings. Because payments settle on-chain, a completed payment cannot be reversed by us; if a payment fails or is credited incorrectly, contact support and we will correct the account state.
7. Acceptable use
No scraping, reverse engineering, reselling data, abusing AI endpoints, attempting to access other users' data, or using the service for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
8. Intellectual property
The platform, its design, and its content are owned by CoreTrader. Your trading data remains yours; you grant us a license to process it to provide the service.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Market data and third-party feeds may be delayed or inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms with notice where practicable.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
